Delivery & Shipping
When will I receive the item?
After you have successfully placed your order, our System / Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email and Facebook messenger if you enable the Facebook notification.
If you use the Secure Payment during checkout (Paypal / MOLPay) the verification will be automatic and it will be auto confirm the order payment is successful.
If the payment is done using Manual Transfer, Our Customer Service will verify the payment status within 1 ~ 2 Working Days.
Once the order has been confirmed, we will packed and shipout the item within 1 to 3 working days. Normally it's 1 working days unless the item ordered is out of stock or there is special Holiday | Public Holiday in between as the 3PL (Courier) wont be able to pick up the packed item.
Do you deliver during weekends and Holidays?
Unfortunately, Our courier partners are unable to delivery during weekends or public holidays. The item will be delivered on workings days only.
We do have a service Centre / Retail outlet for walk in purchase or collection which is open 7 Days a week from 11AM ~ 9:30PM including holidays as well. (Shop Location)
We are partnering with 3 Big Logistic Company such as DHLecommerce / Poslaju / Ninjavan / SF Express (for Oversea) to fulfil our delivery needs.
During checkout process there will be a estimate delivery duration stated for you to select which courier partner to use. (normally our system will select the courier that will be able to deliver the parcel to you the fastest)
Courier Service (Shipping Days)
Peninsular Malaysia - 1 to 3 Working days (excluding Sat/Sun & Public Holidays)
Sabah/Sarawak - 3 to 5 Working Days (excluding Sat/Sun & Public Holidays)
Please take note that sometimes the courier service will have some delay during long holidays / Special festive season.
